Dr. Naing Swe Oo, founder and executive director of Thayninga Institute for Strategic Studies \u2013 TISS, participated the Second Bay of Bengal Maritime Dialogue, which was held from February 14 to 15 this year.<\/span><\/p>\n

He discussed the facts regarding the preventing and mitigating Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated (IUU) Fishing in the Bay of Bengal.<\/span><\/p>\n
